Appointments are very important to us at Mancini Westport, it is reserved especially for you; we do our best to be mindful of both your time and ours. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Any appointment cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice or “No Show” will be charged 50% of the services booked.
Please understand that when you cancel or forget your appointments without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
This allows us to keep our schedules filled and better serve our clients.
